The KDCCW, along with NCCW, encourages Catholic women to speak in a united voice in legislative advocacy, in particular on the recognition of the dignity of the human person at every age and stage of life.

The legislation committee brings attention to national, state, and local issues of concern and encourages civic participation of KDCCW members.
